Open Courses Savings Plans

At Structured Training we believe that training and development should be an ongoing process rather than a one off hit. With this in mind we have designed our suite of Open Courses to provide two additional opportunities for participants to extend their learning experience:

Learning Pathways

Structured Training Learning Pathways allow participants to mix and match complementary courses to develop their own tailored training and development plan. On the management side this could involve attending our first line
Fundamentals of Management course followed, 12 months later, by our From Management to Leadership course. As a sales person you might attend our Operational Sales Management course followed 12 months later by our
High Performance Sales Management
course.

To support this we have put together a pricing structure whereby participants attending any of our Open Courses can attend a second course, if booked and paid for within a 12 month period, and receive a 20% discount on the cost of that course. That would be a saving of anything up to £240.

Learning Experience

Structured Training's suite of 21 E-Learning courses provide an excellent opportunity for Open Course participants to extend their learning back in the workplace. By choosing the particular skills that you want to improve your can focus your learning on real need.

Any Open Course participant can purchase any of our E-Learning courses and receive a 50% discount, paying just £50 per person per course.
