This month we kick off with the second part of our career planning article. Using our proprietary Career Segmentation model individuals and organisations can seek to optimise the conditions whereby the goals for each are as understood and aligned as possible. We also take a look at a how a much misunderstood part of the leadership equation - followership - links to increasing employee engagement.
